Legal Counsel

This role is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Legal Counsel to join a dynamic and growing team in Dubai. This role will provide support to experienced Lawyers on matters related to Corporate and Commercial and will work closely with the CEO. The candidate will be working on multi-jurisdictional Corporate matters, and therefore, someone with European or Russian experience would be preferred.

Additionally, the candidate will conduct research and oversee local changes in applicable laws and regulations, and communicate and implement relevant legal documents accordingly.

The successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law and established knowledge of Corporate and Commercial processes. Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory for this role. Arabic language skills are also mandatory, and Russian is a must. Our client has a preference for candidates with a maximum of 3 years of experience.
