Job description

We are working with a leading in-house entity in Dubai that is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their legal department. This is an exciting role, as they are looking for an M&A lawyer to support with their acqusitions and work closely with shareholders, partners, and relevant business units.
To Be Considered For This Role, You

Must have 5+ years PQE.
Must have trained and qualified with an international law firm.
Must have a strong M&A background.
Ideally, previous M&A experience in technology, energy, or telecommunications sectors.
Arabic is advantageous.
