Job Description:

Our client, one of UAE’s major District Cooling Companies, seeks to hire the services of a Legal Counsel (preferably with a European background) at their corporate office in Abu Dhabi.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• A professional degree in law from a leading institution – preferably a Western background.
• Substantial Corporate Legal working experience.
• An expert in legal matters relating to Energy, Power, Mergers, Cross-Border Negotiations, etc.
• A deep and working knowledge and expertise in corporate laws and procedures of the land.
• Maintain and display a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
• Analytical mind and sound judgment capabilities regarding situations and information.
• 5-7 years of proven experience in a similar position.
• Preferably with an Energy Sector – Corporate Legal Background.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Articulate the ability to prioritise work schedules/deadlines.
• Solutions oriented.
