Role Overview: Reporting to the Legal Compliance Director, the Legal Compliance Manager will support the Legal Compliance team in corporate secretarial, governance, and compliance functions for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain corporate entities, including directorships, share transfers, changes to corporate information, declaration of dividends, and economic substance filings across multiple jurisdictions.
Administer and maintain company secretarial software and generate corporate structure charts.
Organize board meetings and/or written resolutions to obtain necessary authorizations for day-to-day business operations.
Coordinate service approvals and weekly internal meetings.
Liaise with company secretaries and corporate service providers in various jurisdictions.
Serve as a key contact within the Legal Compliance Team for the relevant registry.
Coordinate the incorporation of new entities in multiple jurisdictions.
Complete KYC requests promptly.
Coordinate policy training through the company's training platform.
Generate various compliance reports.
Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or corporate service provider.
Preferable qualification from a recognized governance institute or training in corporate secretarial practice.
Experience with company secretarial software.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Calendar, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Timely scheduling of meetings and preparation of required documentation.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Highly organized with experience in coordinating board meetings, annual general meetings, corporate filings, and preparing corporate documentation.
