Job Title: Legal Associate Crypto & Blockchain

As a Legal Associate, you'll be part of a small, highly capable legal function supporting high-impact projects at the intersection of crypto, fintech, and global regulation. Key Responsibilities

1. Advise on a wide range of corporate and commercial legal matters, with a strong focus on fintech and crypto exchange regulations.
2. Draft and review a variety of legal documents including commercial agreements, technology contracts, and compliance frameworks.
3. Stay ahead of global developments in crypto and stablecoin regulation, and translate insights into actionable internal strategies.
4. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure legal alignment across product, operations, and compliance.
5. Contribute to the legal structuring and documentation of new blockchain-related initiatives.

About You

1. Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience in corporate or commercial law, ideally with exposure to fintech, blockchain, or digital assets.
2. Strong understanding of crypto-related regulatory environments and the ability to apply legal principles to emerging tech use cases.
3. Experience drafting and negotiating commercial and tech-related contracts.
4. Naturally curious and proactive when it comes to researching evolving areas of law, particularly within fintech and digital currency.
5. Comfortable working in a lean legal team and contributing to cross-functional projects.
