Legal Advisor

Our Client is a UAE Government organisation with key focus on finance and investments and based in Abu Dhabi.

Job Scope for the role :

• Providing legal advice to the business, focussing on the organisation's business & strategic objectives.
• Implementing the legal policies and management of trademarks
• Ensuring the organisation's compliance with applicable laws, rules & regulations
• Complaint management
• Managing & representing for qualifying litigations and also dealing with external counsel and courts
• Contract drafting, review and negotiation
• Developing process improvements to regulatory filings
• Advising the organisation on other legal, regulatory and compliance matters.

Applicant requirements:

• Master's degree qualifications with specialisation in Financial Law or a related discipline
• Minimum 9 to 11 years of legal advisory experience preferably in a financial or investment organisation
• Fluency in Arabic & English is mandatory
