Legal Adviser Vacancy in El-Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for a qualified Legal Adviser to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The preferred candidate should be of Pakistani nationality and should be fluent in English. This is a part-time position with visa sponsorship provided.

The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of the law and be an experienced professional with great communication and problem-solving skills. You must also have the ability to interpret legal documents and advise clients accordingly.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and support to clients
2. Analyze legal documents such as contracts, agreements, regulations, etc.
3. Draft, review and negotiate legal documents including contracts
4. Monitor changes in relevant legislation and keep up to date with developments in the legal field
5. Represent clients in court proceedings
6. Research legal matters related to the organization’s operations
7. Advise on corporate governance issues such as transparency regulations and board member responsibilities
8. Provide guidance on compliance with applicable laws and regulations
9. Liaise with external lawyers when required
