Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Leasing Agent. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, catering to leasing various properties including shops, offices, warehouses, and labor camps.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential tenants and actively promote available properties for lease.
• Conduct property viewings and highlight the unique features and benefits of each property to potential tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements between property owners and tenants.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both property owners and tenants throughout the leasing process.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet the needs of tenants.
• Stay updated on market trends and property values to accurately advise clients on leasing opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing activities and tenant interactions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in leasing commercial properties.
• Strong understanding of the real estate market and leasing processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve leasing targets.
• A valid driving license and access to a car preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in using technology for property listings and communication.
