About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Manager - Leasing. The role holder is responsible for managing the implementation of all residential leasing activities and developing relationships with clients to achieve 100% occupancy of the DHAM residential portfolio, in order to maximize leasing revenues by growing the customer base and retention of existing customers. The role holder ensures that the deals are documented and executed within the company policies and budgets whilst providing seamless customer service to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Budgetary & Strategy Support: Assist the Director of Residential Leasing in preparing and forecasting the commercial budget, monitoring financial performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Leasing Strategy & Business Plan: Contribute to developing leasing strategies to identify new opportunities and achieve annual leasing objectives.
  • Leasing Policies & Implementation: Support the creation and execution of leasing plans, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and business sustainability.
  • Portfolio & Occupancy Management: Manage leasing services for the assigned residential portfolio, ensuring high occupancy rates and maximum revenue generation.
  • Lease Negotiation & Agreement Management: Acquire, negotiate, and finalize lease agreements with tenants while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Marketing & Lead Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance promotions, generate leads, and ensure effective lead management within Salesforce.
  • Operational Efficiency & System Integration: Oversee leasing operations, staff management, and system updates, ensuring seamless integration with YARDI or other leasing platforms.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Support in preparing monthly leasing reports, tracking financial targets, and recommending corrective actions to optimize performance.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key contacts to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Customer Experience & Retention: Implement customer experience management strategies, oversee satisfaction surveys, and ensure corrective actions are taken to enhance tenant retention.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • 8 years of experience in leasing, including 2 years at a managerial level.
  • Excellent business development skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Advanced customer relations and customer service orientation.
  • Advanced business and financial acumen.
  • Business outlook.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills.
  • Arabic is advantageous.
