Leasing Manager

Kaizen Asset Management Services, a pioneer in property management in Dubai, renowned for its ISO 9001:2015 certification, seeks to appoint a dedicated and results-driven Leasing Manager. Established in 2006, our firm has cultivated a reputable brand within the real estate sector, managing an impressive asset portfolio valued at AED 19 billion across more than 130 projects.

The Leasing Manager will be instrumental in driving our leasing strategies, ensuring a seamless process for attracting and retaining tenants for our diverse portfolio. This role involves overseeing the full leasing cycle, engaging with clients, negotiating lease agreements, and fostering collaboration with property management teams to uphold high standards of property maintenance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Formulate and implement effective sales and leasing strategies to fulfill organizational objectives
2. Lead and mentor a team of sales and leasing agents to optimize operational performance and achieve designated targets
3. Manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients to enhance business opportunities
4. Negotiate and finalize leasing agreements, ensuring alignment with revenue projections
5. Conduct market analysis to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities
6. Generate and deliver comprehensive sales and leasing reports to senior management
7. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company operational protocols
8. Provide training and support to team members to enhance their professional development
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to support leasing initiatives
10. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through strategic leasing practices

Requirements

1. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline
2. Demonstrated experience within the leasing or property management sector, preferably in residential real estate
3. In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and prevailing rental trends
4. Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with tenants, clients, and team members
5. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
6. Proficient in property management software and the Microsoft Office Suite
7. Valid UAE driver’s license and personal transportation are required
