A leading firm in Abu Dhabi driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail, and transportation

Job Description:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies, attract, and retain tenants and monitor market trends for competitive rental rates.
• Conduct lease negotiations, build strong tenant relationships, and resolve lease-related issues.
• Manage lease agreements, ensure compliance, analyze financial data, and optimize rental income.
• Work with property management, legal, and marketing teams while coordinating maintenance for tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leasing or property management and a strong understanding of lease agreements.
• Must have a UAE driving license
