Check & ensure listings are published correctly, on all available/typical portals.
Ensure the published availability matches internal records (from Accounts, CRM & others as necessary).
Share regular updates with agents, giving updated pricing and availability.
Participate in and contribute to the creation of social media content, to be used across all available channels, for the promotion of our properties and company.
Respond to leads in a timely manner, qualify them, and provide the necessary details with the aim to meet them for viewing suitable properties we have available.
Attend viewings with qualified clients and assist agents with their client viewings, as necessary.
Take bookings, prepare & execute all documentation, and ensure the client onboarding to move in experience is smooth.
Coordinate with FM & Property Inspector, to ensure properties are always kept in best condition.
Ensure all details will be shared through internal system to CRM team once move in is completed.
Cultivate agent relationships and get them to enter Agency Agreement with us, then visit agents regularly to ensure a strong working relationship is maintained, with the expectation to maintain and improve deals.
Provide regular reports and updates to the senior management team on Leasing activities.
Conduct basic market research, to keep abreast of local trends and report to management any points of interest or concern.
Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the Leasing process is efficient and effective.
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma or degree, in Real Estate, Business or Construction disciplines.
Proven ability to close deals.
Good understanding of leasing as well as basic property maintenance issues.
Good communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to build & maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (like agents).
The ability to work collaboratively with other members of the team & broader company, to achieve common goals and objectives.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven knowledge of real estate laws and regulations, including leasing and property management requirements.
