As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for handling reservations inquiries and requests with the highest level of professionalism and customer service. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you will be doing:
Efficiently and promptly establishing the correspondence service to guest inquiries.
Ensure that the guests’ information is accurately processed in a timely manner.
Full knowledge of the hotel facilities and activities.
Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and is able to resolve guest complaints and establish amicable relations with clients and customers of the hotel.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar customer service role is preferred.
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system.
Time management skills with the ability to multitask.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
