Job description

1. Property Leasing & Tenant Management:

  1. Assist property owners with marketing their properties for rent.
  2. Respond to tenant inquiries and schedule property tours.
  3. Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  4. Screen and qualify potential tenants, including background and credit checks.

2. Property Marketing:

  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract tenants (online listings, social media, print, etc.).
  2. Maintain updated property listings with accurate descriptions and high-quality photos.
  3. Host open houses and property viewings.

3. Lease Negotiation:

  1. Present lease terms and negotiate rent rates with prospective tenants.
  2. Ensure compliance with company and legal policies during lease negotiations.

4. Property Maintenance Coordination:

  1. Serve as a liaison between tenants and maintenance teams.
  2. Report and track maintenance requests to ensure timely completion.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

  1. Maintain accurate leasing records and tenant files.
  2. Track lease expirations, renewals, and delinquencies.
  3. Generate reports on leasing activities and property performance.

6. Customer Service:

  1. Build strong relationships with tenants and address concerns promptly.
  2. Provide information and assistance to new tenants regarding move-in processes.

7. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

  1. Conduct market research to remain competitive with pricing and property features.
  2. Monitor trends in the local rental market.
