Leasing Agent

• Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective tenants.
• Assist clients in identifying suitable rental properties based on their preferences and requirements.
• Process leasing documents, including leases and contracts.
• Follow up with prospects and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Manage inquiries from clients and provide timely responses.
• Work with the property management team to ensure the smooth operation of leased units.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly leasing targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of property management is a plus.
• Self-driven with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented approach.
• Must be organized and detail-oriented.
• Preferably with experience in the UAE, especially in Abu Dhabi.
