Lease Manager - Freezone /Real Estate experience

Job Title: Lease Manager

Job Principal Accountabilities & Job Content:

1. Manage and direct the daily activities of the leasing team in achieving the leasing goals set by the Head of Real Estate Investment.
2. Listing current and predictable vacancies on all pertinent platforms.
3. Scout and identify prospective tenants looking to lease a property.
4. Direct guided tours of each rental.
5. Maintain contact with lessees during their tenancy period to oversee their welfare and help resolve property issues.
6. Schedule property-related maintenance, as needed.
7. Oversee the processing and approval of client applications and lease documents.
8. Draft and sign legally sound and detailed lease agreements.
9. Address and record all rule violations.
10. Renew lease agreements, if desired.
11. Negotiate the updated features of applicable lease agreements.
12. Oversee the hiring and on-the-job training of leasing recruits to bring them up-to-speed on work activities.
13. Conduct survey of the property market to obtain information on competing lease rates and other trends that affect occupancy/rent.
14. Oversee the designation of leasing staff to appropriate territories.
15. Ensure the proper documentation and storage of leasing files.
16. Develop and implement policies necessary for improving the profitability and efficiency of a leasing department.

Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• The ability to plan and negotiate and the knowledge of the real estate market.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Productivity oriented.
• Experience in customer relationship management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED10,000.00 per month
