Learning Support Assistant

We're looking for a highly skilled LSA who can support within the classroom setting. Implement ABA interventions developed by the BCBA to change unwanted behaviors and increase positive behaviors.

Requirements:

1. Working with children with developmental disabilities for at least 1 year
2. Experience in managing behaviors and implementing behavioral protocols
3. Educational background in Special Needs Education
4. Experience working with children in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
5. Developed empathy and understanding of child's needs
6. Experience in taking data
7. Must be familiar with ABA
8. Arabic preferred but not a must
9. Able to communicate professionally with parents
10. Presentable and professional
11. Candidates with experience in ABA will be a plus
12. Prefer candidates applying for this position having their own Residence Visa (father's/spouse's/freelance visa)
