What you'll be doing

As a Learning & Development Specialist within the Leadership and Wellbeing Academies, you will play a vital role in shaping leaders and fostering a culture of well-being.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Program Development and Delivery

1. Design and deliver impactful leadership development programs focusing on Leading Self, Leading Teams, and Leading Business themes.
2. Develop well-being initiatives integrating resilience, mindfulness, and psychological safety aligned with organizational goals.
3. Ensure the program content aligns with the organization's leadership model, especially Servant Leadership, incorporating elements from the Wellbeing Academy.
4. Identify, source, and integrate external tools, resources, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to enrich program offerings.

Stakeholder Collaboration

1. Collaborate with the Director of the Leadership Academy and Wellbeing Academy, the VP of People, People Partners, and Talent Management.
2. Engage with external facilitators, coaches, and learning providers.
3. Partner with the Digital Academy to integrate immersive learning, VR, and AI into programs.

Consultancy and Needs Analysis

1. Conduct Learning Needs Analyses (LNAs) for leadership and well-being.
2. Benchmark against industry best practices.
3. Develop policies, SOPs, and documentation to support governance and strategic alignment.

Project Management

1. Plan, execute, and monitor leadership and well-being projects.
2. Develop and manage metrics to track program adoption and impact.
3. Drive the implementation of initiatives such as leadership offsites and well-being workshops.

Instructional Design

1. Create engaging, research-backed instructional materials.
2. Innovate with design methodologies to enhance user experience.
3. Continuously update and refine content to reflect the latest trends.

Facilitation and Training Delivery

1. Facilitate workshops on Servant Leadership and other relevant topics.
2. Deliver well-being sessions covering mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
3. Co-facilitate sessions with SMEs and leaders.

Stakeholder Engagement and Recognition

1. Cultivate strong relationships with program participants and internal stakeholders.
2. Implement recognition programs to celebrate achievements.
3. Advocate for leadership and well-being as integral pillars of organizational culture.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Substantial experience in Learning and Development and executive coaching.
2. Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field; master's degree is a plus.
3. Expertise in designing and delivering leadership and well-being programs.
4. Strong facilitation, instructional design, project management, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
5. Proficiency in learning technologies, including immersive tools like VR and AI.
6. Passionate, eager to learn, and possess a growth mindset.
