A Learning and Development Manager will act as a change catalyst for cultural and organizational transformation through the development of function excellence among Team Members.
What will I be doing?
As a Learning and Development Manager, you serve as an integral component of the Human Resources function by supporting learning and development initiatives through Hilton's comprehensive training framework. Specifically, a Learning and Development Manager will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Support departments in developing cutting edge functional excellence and in developing leadership capabilities.
- Act as a change catalyst in the cultural and organizational transformation of the Hotel.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate all learning initiatives, ensuring drive growth and develop team capability.
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions.
- Prepare annual training plans and training calendars for the hotel.
- Prepare and manage the Learning & Development budget.
- Support individual and team development, career development, and training and experience-based learning, collaborating with department heads to deliver training programs and other organizational and leadership development interventions.
- Interact with hotel leaders responsible to identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions and provide support to operational departments.
- Conduct the comprehensive onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
- Provide coaching and support to managers in developing their teams.
- Work closely with HR to align training programs with performance management processes.
- Establish partnerships with hospitality schools to identify and attract top talent through structured internship programs.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Learning & Development role, preferably in the luxury segment of hospitality.
- Proven expertise in delivering & executing Forbes standards.
