Learning & Development Manager | MAF Entertainment | Head Office

Role Summary
The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the Learning and Development strategy in alignment with the organization’s goals. This role plays a key part in cultivating a culture of continuous growth and innovation within Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment.

ROLE PROFILE
  1. Support the expansion and growth of Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment across the region through tailored Learning and Development initiatives.
  2. Design, develop, and deliver new training programs and initiatives for the business, while managing the activities of junior Learning and Development team members.
  3. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by collaborating with leadership to identify skills gaps and provide effective solutions to enhance employee competencies.
  4. Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs that improve employee performance across all levels of the organization, contributing to overall business success.
  5. Oversee the management of training systems, content, and materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with business objectives.
  6. Facilitate ongoing training programs and develop content for departmental heads and management to build leadership and functional expertise.
  7. Ensure consistency in the quality of training programs, materials, and initiatives across the business.
  8. Track, report, and analyze the progress of training initiatives, managing vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery within budget.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in training & development, Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  2. 6-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on Learning & Development.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in managing and leading a skilled team.
  4. High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and instructional design tools like Articulate 360 and Canva.
  5. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, tools, and methodologies to create effective learning materials and programs.
  6. Fluent in Arabic: Proficiency in Arabic is required for communication across the region.
