At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, we are looking for a Learning & Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the hotel industry, preferably with 5-star hotel experience. This is a supervisory role.

The Learning & Development Executive will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

1. Provide quality training to Team Members.
2. Assist in coordinating and administering external trainings.
3. Adhere to the in-house training plan.
4. Identify training and development needs systematically throughout the hotel in conjunction with Line Managers, Head of Department, HR Manager, and Training Manager.
5. Assist department trainers in achieving training objectives and review on a monthly basis.
6. Prepare, organize, administer, and conduct in-house training courses.
7. Ensure new employees have received onboarding training, departmental, and legal training.
8. Ensure Hilton online trainings are completed by Team Members. Monitor the system to track and report.
9. Work along with the Human Resources Team to roll out Team Member recognition activities and Travel with Purpose activities.
10. Effectively communicate with all stakeholders in a friendly and positive manner.
11. Listen, speak, and write in English to ascertain and respond to stakeholder needs.
12. Bring innovative ideas such as video making, animation, leveraging digital technology, and social media to market and communicate training and development objectives and implement learning solutions.
13. Perform other duties as required.
