Job description

We are recruiting a Learning Coordinator for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.

About Our Client:

Our client is a global technology company revolutionizing ecommerce and cloud computing. As the world’s largest online retailer and marketplace, they provide millions of customers with a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end administration of learning programs including scheduling, registration, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate records of participants and program data in learning management systems.
  • Prepare and distribute learning materials to participants ahead of sessions.
  • Serve as a liaison between facilitators, participants, and stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Process feedback and evaluation forms, compiling reports on program effectiveness.
  • Assist in the creation and updates of program documentation and learning resources.
  • Manage logistics for both in-person and virtual learning environments.
  • Track program budgets and process related expenses.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and certification requirements.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in HR, Literature, or Management, or a Certification in Training & Development.
  • 3-4 years of experience in training coordination within a large organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
