Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. You will work closely with team leads and managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions to meet those needs. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
