Job description

Job Responsibilities

  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate high-quality content that reflects best practices and industry standards.
  5. Manage the learning management system (LMS), ensuring all training resources are up-to-date and accessible for employees.
  6. Stay informed on emerging trends in learning and development to incorporate innovative methodologies into training programs.
  7. Facilitate dynamic workshops and training sessions, utilizing various instructional techniques to enhance learning retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus for more strategic roles.
  2. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development within a corporate environment, showcasing a proven track record.
  3. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus to accommodate diverse employee populations.
  4. Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) to track and analyze training data and employee progress.
