Job Responsibilities

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate high-quality content that reflects best practices and industry standards.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS), ensuring all training resources are up-to-date and accessible for employees.
- Stay informed on emerging trends in learning and development to incorporate innovative methodologies into training programs.
- Facilitate dynamic workshops and training sessions, utilizing various instructional techniques to enhance learning retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus for more strategic roles.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in learning and development within a corporate environment, showcasing a proven track record.
