Learning and Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Learning andDevelopment Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal infostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.The ideal candidate will design implement and manage learninginitiatives that align with our organizational goals and enhanceemployee engagement andperformance.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Developand implement comprehensive learning and development strategiesthat support organizational objectives.
• Conducttraining needs analysis to identify skill gaps and design targetedlearning programs.
• Facilitate new hireonboarding Train the Trainer and other corporateprograms.
• Work closely with the leadership teamto audit standards develop action plans to address issues andconcerns identified from audits and guest feedbackchannels.
• Collaborate with department heads tocreate tailored development plans foremployees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness oftraining programs and recommendimprovements.
• Manage onboarding programs toensure new hires integrate seamlessly into theorganization.
• Source and manage relationshipswith external training providers andconsultants.
• Monitor learning trends andintroduce innovative learning solutions (e.g. elearning blendedlearning).
• Prepare reports and metrics ontraining activities and outcomes.
• Promote aculture of learning and continuous improvement across alldepartments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration Education or a relatedfield.

• Minimum of 35 yearsof experience in learning and development preferably within thehospitality industry.

• Strongknowledge of instructional design and learningmethodologies.

• Excellentpresentation communication and interpersonalskills.

• Proficient in usinglearning management systems (LMS) and elearningtools.

• Ability to analyzedata and provide insights for continuousimprovement.
