Description

Contribute to the top organisation strategy, set goals, and oversee implementation. Ensure operations align with budget and identify optimisation opportunities. Provide leadership, collaborate with Program Delivery, contribute to budget development, and implement best practice policies and procedures. Ensure compliance, develop leadership skills, address training needs, and drive Emiratisation.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in professional learning and development, either within large, complex organisations or with professional development/accreditation institutions. Proven experience in developing professional learning programs and driving innovation. Proven influencing and negotiation skills with varied stakeholders.
