Lead Team Procurement

Job Responsibilities

1. Complying with the quality procedures and HSE requirements set by the company.
2. Adhering to the departmental objectives and KPI.
3. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with everyone.
4. Improving the role of procurement and supply within the organization, including all knowledge and capability statements.
5. Applying knowledge and capability statements from Strategic Sourcing/Advanced Procurement and Developing Global Sourcing.
6. Working with suppliers and other stakeholders to achieve partnering and strategic relationship management to deliver value for the organization and its supply chain.
7. Demonstrating added value to the organization through the implementation of global procurement, offshoring, or low-cost country sourcing.
8. Evaluating submitted quotations or tenders on the basis of objective criteria using any agreed weightings and scoring process.
9. Initiating and getting involved in the techno-commercial negotiations with the vendors, supporting Procurement Engineers and Senior Procurement Engineer as applicable.
10. Ensuring total compliance with company guidelines in validating the terms.
