Job Role - Lead Structural Design Engineer

Salary - 22,000 AED + Family Insurance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a client-facing structural engineering role, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.
• Must have experience working on projects in the Gulf region.
• Strong technical expertise in structural design, analysis, and project management.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software, including ETABS, SAFE, and IDEA STATICA.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Cultural adaptability and openness to engaging in diverse work environments.
