Lead Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across various departments.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality standards.
• Communicate reasons in case there are changes to the project timelines.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Project Cost Management

• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Track and report on project financials, including cost forecasting and variance analysis.

Quality Assurance Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure projects adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
• Provide detailed reports and presentations to senior management on project performance and outcomes.

Requirements

• Qualification: MBA
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in project management in any fast-paced industry (FMCG, Production, Ecommerce, etc.).
• Certification: Mandatory Six Sigma (preferred black belt) and PMP certificate.
• Proficiency in PM tools (Agile, Monday, etc.).
• Ability to develop contingency plans with the Team Lead.
• Skills in project delivery and timelines management.
• Monitoring delivery expectations from other teams.
• Expertise in project planning and execution.
• Strategic thinking for optimized delivery.
• Close knowledge of PM methodologies and skill set.
• Strong communication skills.
• Conflict resolution and priority management skills.
