Job description
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects across various departments.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and meet quality standards.
- Communicate reasons in case there are changes to the project timelines.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Project Cost Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
- Track and report on project financials, including cost forecasting and variance analysis.
Quality Assurance Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure projects adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Provide detailed reports and presentations to senior management on project performance and outcomes.
Requirements
- Qualification: MBA
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in project management in any fast-paced industry (FMCG, Production, Ecommerce, etc.).
- Certification: Mandatory Six Sigma (preferred black belt) and PMP certificate.
- Proficiency in PM tools (Agile, Monday, etc.).
- Ability to develop contingency plans with the Team Lead.
- Skills in project delivery and timelines management.
- Monitoring delivery expectations from other teams.
- Expertise in project planning and execution.
- Strategic thinking for optimized delivery.
- Close knowledge of PM methodologies and skill set.
- Strong communication skills.
- Conflict resolution and priority management skills.
