We’re seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead our product department, mentor the team, and drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. We are looking for someone with a track record leading and building high performance teams and innovating on an existing product suite.

Previous experience working with founders or C-suite executives and managing product managers and designers.
Demonstrate experience executing consistently, rapidly, and effectively.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Leadership: Develop and manage a product strategy aligned with Washmen’s business goals. Enhance product efficiency by reducing features’ Time To Market. Balance immediate deliverables with long-term product innovation to maintain a competitive edge. Take ownership of the product’s success, ensuring initiatives directly contribute to measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Innovation & Development: Stay up to date on the latest technological innovations that can significantly improve customer experience and operational efficiency. Foster a culture of experimentation and creativity within the product team. Adapt processes and frameworks to align with Washmen’s evolving needs, balancing scalability with agility.
Team Mentorship & Collaboration: Lead and mentor the product team including designers, empowering them to excel in their roles and drive innovation. Establish processes that streamline collaboration between product, engineering, operations, and marketing to achieve shared goals efficiently. Act as a cross-functional leader, ensuring alignment between technical execution, customer needs, and operational priorities. Ensure the department is adequately staffed.
Data-Driven Insights & Optimization: Leverage data analytics to measure product performance, identify gaps, and prioritize improvements. Drive data-informed decision-making to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Continuously iterate on product development and operational processes based on performance insights and evolving business needs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between technical teams, leadership, and customers, ensuring alignment and clear communication. Present product updates and strategic insights to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in tech-driven or operational industries.
Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that drive measurable results.
Strong technical knowledge, including API integrations, agile methodologies, and product development processes.
Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Experience with customer-facing platforms and operational tools is preferred.
