2. Supervision: Manage and supervise a team of mechanics and technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.

3. Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of tools, parts, and equipment. Ensure that all necessary supplies are ordered and stocked.

4. Safety Compliance: Ensure all equipment is safe to operate and that the workshop adheres to health and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.

5. Budget Management: Manage the workshop budget, including forecasting costs and tracking expenditures. Provide regular financial reports to the Golf Course Superintendent.
