JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Follow-up on civil cases, whether the authority is a plaintiff or defendant, preparing statements of claims, answers, comments, and providing notes, etc., and follow-up with the Government's Litigation Department.
• Follow-up on criminal cases, prepare public prosecution petitions, and review seizure reports sent by sectors in preparation for their registration in the Public Prosecution.
• Providing legal support to the Authority's employees in what motivates them from criminal cases resulting from the performance of their job duties.
• Assist in conducting research and analysis regarding issues or inquiries related to the affairs of the authority in light of the legislation in force in the country.
