KBR is looking for a Lead Instrument & Control Engineer for a PMC project based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Main Responsibilities

I&C:

1. Work as PMC Lead Engineer and manage a team of 6-8 people for ADNOC projects.
2. Previous experience in ADNOC projects or ADNOC PMC experience is a must.
3. Knowledge of ADNOC Specifications (AGES, DGS) is required.
4. Manage ICSS Contractor, interface management, and coordinate with Project and Technical teams and End Users to provide timely inputs for control system design, package unit controls, and field instrumentation. Proficient in resource planning.
5. Coordinate and participate in HSE reviews such as SIL reviews and 3D F&G Mapping studies, aware of ADNOC HSE Standards. Evaluate various I&C and equipment packages as part of Technical Bid Evaluations.
6. Resolve Technical Queries raised by Engineers, 3rd party Consultants, and Bidders for Packages. Oversee engineering of Process Licensors and OEMs for Package units, and resolve technical issues raised by End Users regarding Project Scope. Coordinate with End Users for SOW modifications of existing facilities. Conversant with SIL related engineering and Custody Transfer metering systems.

Automation Inputs:

1. Proposed I&C lead should have the following experience:
1. Previous experience in ADNOC projects or ADNOC PMC experience.
2. Minimum 15 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Complete knowledge of Process Automation systems including ICSS/DCS, Alarm Management System, CPIMS, APC, related system design, detailed engineering, and developing system architectures.
4. Good knowledge of OT Cyber Security implementation in OT/Industrial environments.
5. In-depth knowledge of System Virtualization.
6. Evidence of leading similar roles in previous projects.

1. Proposed Telecom lead shall be separate from I&C lead and should possess the following experience:
1. Previous experience in ADNOC projects or ADNOC PMC experience.
2. Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Complete knowledge of all telecom systems including Fiber Optics, CCTV, PA, ACS, Telephones, Structure Cabling, Transmission networks including developing system design, detailed engineering, conducting coverage studies and system architectures.
4. Good knowledge of network Security implementation in telecom systems.

Experience OR Qualifications

1. Minimum overall 18+ years of oil & gas experience.
2. 5 to 8 years experience working in SRU and Gas Processing projects.
3. Bachelor’s degree in engineering is a MUST.
4. FEED experience is a must.
5. PMC experience is an added advantage.
6. GCC experience required.
