Lead HSE Engineer

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Safety subject or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 15 (fifteen) years of oil and gas industry experience in HSE engineering.

Knowledge:

1. Experience and detailed knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
2. Knowledge of local/owner safety regulations will be preferable to further verify that these are fully incorporated.
3. Experienced with HSE Modelling computer programs and general business software.

Skills:

1. Good command of written and spoken English.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Good technical team and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to make independent decisions in the planning, organizing, and coordinating to develop solutions to complex problems.
5. Experience with contractors and worldwide suppliers, in particular those involved in the construction of major oil and gas facilities.

Shall have the expertise to deal with FEED deliverables to be developed for the project and ensure that the facilities to be constructed will be safe to operate and maintain.

Flexibility to relocate to EPC Contractor’s Office.
