We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry directories.
- Generate and qualify leads based on target criteria to ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
- Create and execute lead generation strategies, campaigns, and outreach activities.
- Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communications to initiate contact with prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
- Use CRM tools to manage and track lead progress throughout the sales funnel.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in real estate.
- Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in lead generation tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies is a plus.
