We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, qualifying, and generating high-quality leads to support our sales and marketing teams. If you are proactive, data-driven, and passionate about connecting businesses with opportunities, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry directories.
  2. Generate and qualify leads based on target criteria to ensure alignment with the company’s goals.
  3. Create and execute lead generation strategies, campaigns, and outreach activities.
  4. Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies.
  6. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communications to initiate contact with prospective clients.
  7. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights to optimize lead generation efforts.
  8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  9. Use CRM tools to manage and track lead progress throughout the sales funnel.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 2+ years of experience in lead generation, preferably in real estate.
  3. Other Requirements:
    1. Proficiency in lead generation tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation software.
    2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    5. Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
    6. Familiarity with digital marketing, SEO, and social media strategies is a plus.
