We are looking for a dynamic Lead Generation Executive with 12 years of experience in tele calling and lead generation preferably in the staffing and recruiting / banking industry. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, building relationships, and generating leads to support our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce staffing and recruitment services.
Identify potential leads and schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales team.
Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.
Build strong relationships with potential clients through consistent communication.
Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
Provide regular reports on call outcomes and lead status.
Qualifications and Skills:
12 years of telecalling and lead generation experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and engage clients effectively.
Experience in the staffing and recruiting / banking industry is a plus.
