Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our Client's growing team. This role will focus on generating high-quality leads within the Intellectual Property (IP) sector, utilizing top-tier lead generation tools such as Intercom, Lusha, Apollo, Sales Navigator, LeadConnect, Livestorm, and other platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of IP services, demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying potential clients, and play a crucial role in developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Use a combination of lead generation tools (Intercom, Lusha, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.) to identify and target potential clients within the Intellectual Property sector.
  • Research and build prospect lists based on relevant criteria, including industry, company size, and decision-maker roles.
  • Qualify leads by conducting preliminary research and outreach to ensure alignment with company offerings.

Sales Outreach & Engagement:

  • Conduct outreach through emails, calls, and social media platforms to generate interest and set up meetings for the Sales team.
  • Develop personalized messaging strategies to effectively engage potential clients and generate interest in IP services (Trademark & Patent).

Database Management:

  • Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) with lead information, contact status, and follow-up activities.
  • Track outreach progress, results, and KPIs to report to management on lead generation activities.

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:

  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and strategies.
  • Provide valuable insights into prospect needs, challenges, and industry trends to help refine sales strategies.

Performance Metrics & Reporting:

  • Meet or exceed lead generation and conversion targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation campaigns, providing regular reports on performance and insights for improvement.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development, preferably in the Intellectual Property, legal, or technology sectors.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation tools (Intercom, Lusha, Apollo, Sales Navigator, LeadConnect, Livestorm, etc.) is a must.
  • Strong understanding of IP services and the industry landscape is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to build rapport and engage potential clients.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and optimize lead generation strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
