We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to join our team. As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge AI applications that drive business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Software Developers, to create innovative solutions that solve complex problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning, as well as proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, and C++.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop AI applications using Python, Java, and C++ programming languages.
2. Implement and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
3. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Software Developers to create innovative AI solutions.
4. Test and evaluate AI models and algorithms to ensure accuracy and reliability.
5. Build and maintain scalable and robust AI systems.
6. Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design AI solutions that meet those needs.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and Machine Learning technologies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning development.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
4. Experience with popular Machine Learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
2. Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV).
3. Experience with Cloud-based AI services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
4. Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Hive.
