Lead Developer

Job Purpose: The role is to provide development services and Level 2/3 support of Newgen LCAP system and other in-house development. Follow system development life cycle (SDLC) process by planning, creating, testing, and deploying applications. Design, Develop and Support Newgen solutions. Provide ongoing Level 2/3 support for various applications developed in house.

Technical Skills: Java, JavaScript frameworks, BPM (added advantage), SQL (SQL Server and Oracle), Visual Studio .NET 2015 and later.

Experience: 2-4 years of relevant industry experience across a wide variety of development projects.

Educational Qualification: B.E/B. Tech. -CS/ IT/ MCA, M. Tech or Equivalent degree from a reputed institute preferred.

Key Responsibilities of Role

1. Developing and installing software solutions.
2. Designing, implementing and delivering high quality Software projects in JAVA, SQL / Oracle, J2EE and Other JAVA Technologies.
3. Participate in detailed level in design, coding, code walk through, peer code reviews and unit testing, System Testing, UAT, Demos, POCs, installation, maintenance of Software modules.
