As a Lead Client Accountable Executive, you'll be at the forefront of managing multi-region or national client relationships, transforming the healthcare landscape across regions and countries. Responsibilities

  1. Manage client relationships whilst also serving as the critical point of escalation, ensuring swift resolution of high-level challenges that demand executive attention.
  2. Advocate for the client will as you champion their interests while nurturing partnerships that extend beyond the ordinary.
  3. Guide our engagements with clients, harmonizing strategy, messaging, and delivery to ensure a seamless and impactful experience.
  4. Elevate the client's reference-ability, proactively showcasing the value of their relationship with us.
  5. Chart the course for current and future solutions through strategic road mapping sessions, aligning with the client's vision to enhance citizen health outcomes.
  6. Drive the sales process from inception to closure, consistently exceeding sales quotas and expanding our horizons.
  7. Establish best practices for client profitability, streamlining processes from invoicing to contractual interactions.

What You Bring:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
  2. At least 6 years in sales, business development, client relationship management, healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience.
  3. Experience of building relationships at C-Suite level, and with senior clinicians.
  4. Experience of working as a licensed healthcare clinician.
  5. Fluent in English and Arabic.
  6. Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
