Lead Architect

Archibat HR is looking for a Lead Architect for an Established Architectural Design firm in Dubai.

The role:

This individual plays a vital role in the architecture and design process of various construction projects. Working closely with senior architects, project managers, and other stakeholders, the Associate / Lead Architect contributes to the development and implementation of architectural plans and solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience, enhance their design skills, and be an integral part of diverse and exciting projects.

Required profile

Requirements:

⁃ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

⁃ Demonstrated proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp. In Design) and other related tools.

⁃ Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and relevant codes/regulations.

⁃ Proven track record of delivering and leading a project in design stage ( NOT SITE ) with experience in GCC

⁃ Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

⁃ Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and adapt to evolving project requirements.

⁃ Detail-oriented and able to maintain high-quality standards in design documentation.

⁃ A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to manage tasks independently.

⁃ Prior experience of 15 and more in an architectural firm or related field.
