Job Summary:

This is a full-time onsite role for a Laundry Supervisor at Al Reem Group. The Laundry Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring the highest quality of service and maintaining equipment efficiency. The role includes supervising staff, managing laundry processes, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards, particularly in an industrial laundry setting.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Laundry Supervisor in an industrial laundry setting
2. Strong knowledge of laundry procedures, equipment maintenance, and chemicals used in the laundry process
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
4. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Attention to detail and commitment to quality
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
8. Relevant experience or certification in laundry management
