Laundry Room Attendant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laundry Room Attendant located in Ras Al Khaimah. The Laundry Room Attendant is responsible for managing and operating laundry services including washing, drying, and folding linens and garments. The role includes sorting and checking laundry items for cleanliness, identifying and treating stains, and ensuring all laundry machines are in proper working order. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the laundry room and addressing customer inquiries and concerns as they arise is a part of the job.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laundry and Laundry Services
• Experience with operating Dryers and other laundry equipment
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and treat stains
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not mandatory
