Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the laundry facility, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow.
Manage and supervise the laundry team, providing guidance, training, and support.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and laundry items.
Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary supplies.
Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Prepare and manage schedules to ensure optimal staff utilization.
Collaborate with other departments to meet specific laundry needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the laundry field.
GCC experience preferred.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of laundry operations and equipment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Age: Below 35 years.
