Receive, sort, tag, mark, and keep records of all articles that come to laundry for washing and dry cleaning.
Sort articles and separate them for washing and dry cleaning.
Operate, upkeep, and clean laundry equipment after every use.
Use appropriate cleaning agents, methods, detergents, and other material as directed by the Line Manager and/or as appropriate for articles. Carefully select the washing/dry cleaning method and cleaning agent according to the articles’ type material, color, texture, and client’s requirement.
Iron articles using different methods such as dry or steam. Fold or hang articles using appropriate protective wrappings and store carefully.
Keep stock of material and maintain inventory of cleaning materials. Notify Line Manager when stocks need replenishment.
