Laundry Attendant

Summary

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Laundry Valet is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the laundry department, which includes the areas of laundry, dry cleaning, and the uniform room in the assigned Place of Work, and providing a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to our customers.

Qualifications

Ideally, you should have a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in hotel operations is required. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
