Laundry Attendant

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Laundry Valet is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the laundry department, which includes the area of laundry, dry cleaning, and the uniform room in the assigned Place of Work, and provide a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to our customers.

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
