Language Teacher

• The teacher will be responsible for delivering 34 sessions per language (4 hours a week, 2 days a week).
• All are Emirati students in grades 10, 11, and 12.
• Maximum number of students per class: 18.
• The sessions will be conducted online during the afternoon (UAE Time).
• The teacher will develop the curriculum.
• Level: Basic/Conversational.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Japanese, Korean, or Urdu, or a closely related field.
• MUST be fluent in either Arabic or English.
• Language teaching credential.
• Classroom teaching experience, preferably at the high school level.
• Standards-based curriculum experience.
• Passion for interacting with high school students in and outside of the classroom.
• Ability to use technology to enhance the classroom experience.
• Motivation to use a range of resources that represent diverse cultures, experiences, and viewpoints.
