Landscape Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled Landscaping Engineer with a strong civil background to join our dynamic team.

As a Landscaping Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing a variety of landscaping projects. Your expertise will ensure that our landscapes are not only beautiful but also functional and sustainable. You will collaborate with architects, clients, and other engineers to bring innovative landscape solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement landscape design plans, including planting schemes, irrigation systems, and hardscape elements.
2. Conduct site assessments to analyze soil, climate, and environmental conditions.
3. Collaborate with civil engineers and architects to integrate landscape design into overall project plans.
4. Lead project management efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Prepare technical reports, specifications, and project documentation.
6. Supervise landscaping installation and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices.
8. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in landscaping design or engineering, with a strong civil engineering background.
3. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
4. Strong understanding of horticulture, soil science, and sustainable landscaping practices.
5. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Professional certification (e.g., Landscape Architect Registration) is a plus.
