Landscape Construction Manager

Description
At least 6 years of experience as a Landscape and Irrigation Construction Manager.
Intrinsic knowledge of softscape & hardscape construction, including masonry, carpentry, irrigation, and lighting.
In-depth interest in and knowledge of horticulture.
Demonstrated technical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
The ability to make detailed observations on job sites and architectural plans and transcribe them into concise reports for project managers and contractors.
Planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of construction projects, including project initiation, planning, monitoring, and closeout.
